To Approve Budget and Documentation for General Obligation Note
May 20, 2002
WHEREAS, Mayor Wynne presented a letter addressed to the Council from Robert Josten Attorney regarding the budget and debt service levy in light of the procedure to authorize a general obligation note
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council approved the adoption of all resolutions and documentation as written in relation to Maharishi Vedic City’s whole loan package from First National Bank and that the interest rate not exceed 4% without further consultation with the Council.
