INAUGURATION OF MAHARISHI VEDIC CITY ORGANIC FARMS
May 4, 2003
Whereas, the City has established by ordinance Maharishi Vedic City Organic Farms to fulfill essential purposes of the City described in the ordinance.
Now therefore on this auspicious Akshakya Tritiya Day, the Day of Lasting Achievement, the City Council officially inaugurates Maharishi Vedic City Organic Farms at its beautiful 160-acre location on 140th Street in Jefferson County, with the goal that Maharishi Vedic City Organic Farms immediately and permanently creates health for millions of people with abundant, nutritious Vedic organic vegetables, fruits and other foods, and that it supports for all time the creation and maintenance of world peace.
